Bill's Cheese Roll

Ingredients:
1 box of Ritz crackers (or your preference)
1 large package of soft Cream Cheese
1/2 moon of mild Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbs. of Garlic Powder
Paparika
Chili Powder
1/4 cup Pecans (chopped)

Directions:
In double boiler over med. heat, blend your two cheese's together till smooth
and creamy add your chopped pecans and garlic powder. Pour 1/2 of the mixture
out onto a piece of wax paper form into a log, repeat with the other 1/2.
In small bowl mix equal amounts of Paparika & Chili Powder together.
As the cheese cools, sprinkle this mixture over each log and continue to roll
each log in the mixture until thoroughly covered.
Transfer and wrap each log in a piece of foil and chill till time to serve.
Slice log into 1/8" slices and place each slice on a cracker.
Arrange crackers on a serving tray.

Number Of Servings:20 to 28 slices per log
