Mexican Flag Dip
Description:
Makes 3 different kinds of dip!
This is a great party recipe.
Ingredients:
3 cups Sour Cream
1 envelope Roasted Garlic Salad Dressing Mix
1 ripe avocado, peeled, mashed
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped
1/2 cup Thick 'N Chunky Medium Salsa
Directions:
MIX sour cream and salad dressing mix. Divide into 3 portions, about 1 cup each. Leave 1 portion plain.
STIR avocado, cilantro and jalapeno pepper into second portion; stir salsa into third portion. Refrigerate.
SERVE with tortilla chips or assorted cut-up vegetables.
