Beef & Rice Casserole



Ingredients:
1 lb. ground chuck
1 1/2 cups sliced onion
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1 1/2 cup cooked tomatoes
1/2 cup uncooked rice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:
Brown meat in a skillet, add sliced onion, bell pepper and cook about 5 minutes.
Drain. Add tomatoes, rice, salt and chili powder.
Stir to mix well. Heat until bubbling hot.
Turn into a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
