Sliced Beef & Noodles


Description:
My husband likes this better than beef tips and noodles!

Ingredients:
1-2 lb. Rump Roast, slice into 1/2 inch slices
2 cans cream mushroom soup
2 packet of Lipton onion soup mix
2 cans of Beef Broth
4 Bouillian cubes (dissolve in beef broth)
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1-2 teaspoons of garlic
1 (16 oz.) package of Egg Noodles or rice

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C)
In a 13 x 9 inch casserole dish, Combine all ingredients except noodles or rice.
Mix thoroughly and add sliced beef. Turn to coat well.
Cover and bake in oven for 30 minutes.
Remove cover and stir, continue to cook for 30 minutes uncovered.
Make egg noodles or rice. enjoy!!!


To cook in crock pot:
Combine all ingredients in crock-pot, and mix together well.
(except noodles or rice)
Cover and cook on low for 8-12 hours or high for 5-6 hours.
