Tree's Beef Enchiladas

This is as good, if not better than, alot of the fast food places.

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground chuck
4 green onions, minced
1 can of refried beans
3/4 pack of taco seasoning
4 Tablespoon water
1 cup enchilada sauce
6 Tablespoon tomato sauce
1 cup canned green chili (less or more to taste)
2 cup grated cheddar cheese
8 flour tortillas
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Grease 8 x 8 pan with solid shortening
In skillet:
Sauté onions, add hamburger meat and cook until brown.
Add taco mix, refried beans, and water and stir to mix well.
In Greased 8 x 8 pan:
Spoon meat mixture down the center of the tortilla and roll up.
In small bowl:
Combine enchilada sauce, tomato sauce, and green chili.
Spoon over tortillas. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake until cheese melts and mixture is bubbly (approx. 20 min).
*This is great topped with chopped lettuce, tomatoes and black olives*
Number Of Servings: 4 to 6
