Forget Me Not
Description:
This is from my sister Jutz, she has been fixing this since 1963.
Be careful this is habit forming, ask anyone who likes lemons.
Ingredients:
1 medium lemon
salt (about 1 teaspoon)
1 glass full of crushed ice
Directions:
Fill glass with crushed ice,
roll a medium lemon on the counter till it is nice and soft,
(this makes it real juicy) cut in half and squeeze juice into glass over ice,
pour salt a fair amount (probably close to a teaspoon full or more) to taste.
Eat and enjoy
