Egg n Sausage Casserole



Description:
This is a fast and easy brunch casserole.
Leftovers microwave well for a quick breakfast.

Ingredients:
6 large Eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 1/2 cups biscuit mix
1/2 pound cooked, crumbled sausage
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In a large bowl, break eggs and add milk. Blend well.
Add remaining ingredients, mix and pour into a greased 9" × 13" pan.
Bake about 40 minutes (or until eggs are set).
