Steak Casserole

Very easy Meal, just add a good Salad
with your best dressing and you have a nice dinner.
A friend of mine likes this so much,
she makes it without the meat to serve with other meat dishes.

Ingredients:
1 round steak good size (Browned and cut into bite size pieces)
1 package of frozen french fries
1 can of lesueur peas (drained)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 can of milk or water (to rinse each can out)
1 hand full of shredded mild cheddar cheese
Top with 4 slices of tomatoes overlapping in the center,
if you want to make it a touch fancy.

Directions:
Brown the steak in a skillet; don't forget to drain off the grease,
cut into bite size pieces. Place the pieces in the bottom of an oblong cake pan,
layer with frozen fries; pour the drained peas over the potatoes.
Mix the two soups together rinse each can with a bit of milk or water and
stir together till smooth pour over meat, potatoes and peas.
Sprinkle the handful of cheese over the top and tomatoes cover with foil.
Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes or so.

Number Of Servings: Maybe 4 or 5 (Sorry I never figured this part out.)
