Tuna Noodle Casserole
Description:
This is a very good casserole.
Ingredients:
1 (15 oz.) package Egg Noodles
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup Milk
1 (15 oz.) can Lesueur Early Peas - Drained
1/3 cup Shredded Cheese
1 Tablespoon chopped Onion
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 can Tuna - Drained
Topping
2 Tablespoon butter
Saltine Crackers
Directions:
Cook Noodles according to directions and drain.
Pour into a buttered casserole dish.
Combine remaining ingredients (except topping), blend well.
Pour over Noodles, toss lightly to mix.
Topping - melt 2 tablespoons butter,
crumble crackers into butter until it is dry.
Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
