Butter Scotch Fudge


Description:
This is from our cousin, Martha in Tennessee.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme
1 1/2 cup Sugar
2/3 cup undiluted Evaporated Milk
1/4 cup Butter
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 cup (12 oz. pkg.) Nestle Butter Scotch Morsels
2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 cup chopped Nuts (optional)

Directions:
Combine Marshmallow Creme, Sugar, Evaporated Milk, Butter and Salt
in large saucepan, bring to a full rolling boil stirring constantly,
let boil for a full five minutes, remove from heat. Add morsels and vanilla,
stir until smooth. Stir in nuts then pour into pan, chill until firm.
*For Chocolate Fudge, use Chocolate Morsels instead of Butter Scotch.

Number Of Servings: Make's several dozens squares.
