Old Fashion Chocolate Fudge

Description:

This is NOT a marshmallow fudge.

Ingredients:

2/3 Cups Hershey Cocoa
3 Cups Granulated Sugar (C&H)
1/8 teaspoon Salt
1 1/2 Cup Milk or Milnot
1/2 stick Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Nuts (optional)


Directions:

Mix together; cocoa, sugar and salt in a large pan. Add milk, bring to a boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook until it forms a soft ball, when dripped in cold water and rolled between fingers. Remove from heat. Add Butter, vanilla and nuts. Beat until glossy and thickened. Pour into buttered platter.
