Cinderella Crisps
Description:
From a old 1946 cookbook.
Ingredients:
6 slices trimmed White bread, each cut in 4 strips
1 can (14 oz.) Sweetened Condensed Milk (Eagle Brand)
2 - 2/3 cup Bakers Angel Flake Coconut
Directions:
Using two forks, roll bread strips in Sweetened Condensed Milk coating all sides.
Then roll in coconut. Place on well greased baking sheet and bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove at once from baking sheet to cool.
