Coconut Macaroons
Description:
From a old 1946 cookbook.
Ingredients:
2/3 cups Sweetened Condensed Milk (Eagle Brand)
3 cups shredded coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
Mix Sweetened Condensed Milk, coconut and vanilla.
Drop by teaspoon on well greased baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
Bake in moderate oven (350) until a delicate brown about 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove from pan at once.
