Creamy Banana Pudding
Description:
My mother-in-law Geraldine, brought this to one of our dinners.
It is really good, but it is rich!
Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 1/2 cup cold water
1 (4 serving size) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cup (1 pint) Borden Whipping Cream, whipped
3 to 6 medium bananas, sliced and dipped in
ReaLemon Lemon Juice from Concentrate.
1 box Vanilla Wafers
Directions:
In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and water,
add pudding mix; beat well. Chill 5 minutes.
Fold in whipped cream. Spoon 1 cup pudding mixture into
2 1/2 quart glass serving bowl.
Top with one-third each of wafers, bananas and pudding.
Repeat layering twice, ending with pudding.
Cover; chill. Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate any leftovers!
