Dots Perfect Chocolate Cake
Description:
This one is from one of our fathers cousins, that lives in Centerville Tennessee.
Ingredients:
1 cup cocoa
2 cups boiling water
1 cup margarine
2 1/2 cups sugar
4 eggs (duck if possible)
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 3/4 cup self rising flour
Directions:
Cake:
Combine cocoa and boiling water. Set aside to cool.
Add other ingredients, pour into pans,
Bake at 350 for 25 - 30 minutes
Icing:
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese - softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup margarine - melted
1 - 16 oz. pkg. powdered sugar - sifted
Mix all together and frost cake.
