Edna's Lemon Cake
Description: This is the perfect cake for summer! Ingredients: 1 box lemon cake mix (Duncan Hines) 1 family size box lemon jello 3/4 c. cooking oil 3/4 c. water 4 whole eggs Directions: Mix all above ingredients together and beat until smooth. Cook in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350º for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. ICING: Combine: 1 1/4 c. sugar Juice of 2 medium lemons Heat just to boiling but do not boil. Pour over very hot cake.
