Pina Colada Cake
Description:
This one is made with a Cake Mix and is easy.
Ingredients:
Cake:
1 Pkg. Supermoist yellow cake mix
1-8oz. can crushed pineapple undrained
2 teaspoon, rum flavoring (can use rum) Probably 1/2 cup
3 eggs
1/2 c oil
Topping:
1-8oz. cool whip
1-8oz. slightly drained crushed pineapple
1 small vanilla instant pudding
1/2 cup coconut
1/4 teaspoon rum flavoring
Directions:
Cake directions:
Beat together and pour into a greased & floured 9x13 pan.
Topping Directions:
Mix together -spread on cooled cake.
Refrigerate
