Salmon Casserole



Ingredients:
1 (15 oz.) can Salmon, drained
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tablespoon Onion, diced
1 Egg
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup cracker crumbs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix salmon, cheese, onion, egg and 1/4 cup of cracker crumbs together.
Mix well, place in a greased 1 1/2 Quart casserole dish.
Melt butter and add remaining cracker crumbs, sprinkle on top.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
