Salmon Croquetts


Description:
This is another one of Mothers great recipes.

Ingredients:
1 (15 oz.) can Salmon (drain & save juice)
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Heaping teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Egg
1/2 cup chopped Onion
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup Flour
1/4 cup Salmon Juice

Directions:
Mix salmon and egg with fork, add 1/2 cup sifted flour and stir.
Add green pepper, onion and worcestershire sauce.
In the 1/4 cup of salmon juice, add baking powder and beat with fork
until it foams. Pour this into salmon mixture and mix well with fork.
Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Cook until golden brown.
Cook within 15 minutes of mixing!
