Chocolate Fudge Frosting
Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup BUTTER, softened
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
Dash salt
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Combine sugar and cocoa in 2-quart saucepan, add butter, milk, corn syrup and salt.
Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until mixture comes to a full boil (5 to 8 minutes).
Continue boiling; stirring occasionally, 6 minutes. Cool 1 hour. Beat in powdered sugar and vanilla.
