German Chocolate Frosting



Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cup half & half
1/2 cup BUTTER
1 1/2 cups flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Slightly beat 3 eggs in 2-quart saucepan with wire whisk.
Stir in brown sugar, half & half and 1/2 cup butter.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly (10 to 15 minutes).
Remove from heat. Stir in coconut, pecans and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
Cool completely (at least one hour).
