Chicken 'N Rice Dinner



Description:
A 15 Minute Dinner, that is real good!
You can make this a Low Fat meal.
I used Pam cooking spray instead of oil and
1 can of fat free chicken broth instead of the water.

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast
1 1/2 cups water
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/8 teaspoon Paprika
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 1/2 cups Minute Rice, uncooked.
2 cups fresh or Thawed frozen Broccoli Flowerets

Directions:
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
Add chicken: cover. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Remove chicken from skillet.
Add water (or broth) soup and seasonings: stir, bring to boil.
Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken: cover.
Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
