Chicken and Dumplin's


Description:

Ingredients:
1 chicken
2 cups flour
3 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup whole milk
2 teaspoon lard or Crisco
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Boil a quartered chicken until the bones can be removed easily.
Debone chicken and them add chicken back to broth.
Mix up dumplin' dough ingredients and spoon into boiling chicken pot liquor.
Cover pot and turn off fire. Let cool 20 minutes and serve.
