Sauerkraut Salad
Description:
My Father would make this one, he really liked it!
I don't like sauerkraut, but this really changes the taste
of it and it's good! He gave me this one in 1966.
Ingredients:
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Vinegar
2 cans #303 Sauerkraut (16 ounce)
1 cup Bell Pepper
1 cup Celery
1 medium Onion
Directions:
Bring sugar and vinegar to a boil.
Set aside to COOL. Chop bell pepper, celery and onions.
Drain sauerkraut, mix all together.
**Cover and let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
