Fried Green Tomatoes
Ingredients:
6 medium green tomatoes, sliced
2 eggs
2 cup flour
salt & pepper to taste
oil for frying
Directions:
Wash and slice tomato, add salt and pepper to flour. Slightly beat eggs.
Dip tomato slices into egg. Then in flour mixture.
Roll tomatoes slowly on both sides in flour. Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve with catsup.
