Fried Hominy


Description:

Ingredients:
Several Strips of Bacon (as much as you want)
1 or 2 cans of Yellow Hominy
Green onion , diced (as much as you want)(Optional)
Black Pepper to taste

Directions:
In a skillet fry the bacon, crisp. Remove from pan, drain on paper towel.
Drain off most of the grease. Drain all the water off of the hominy.
Fry onions in the bacon grease, When the onions start appearing to be frying,
add hominy and cook for about 10 to 15 minutes on high heat. Crumble
bacon and mix in with the hominy and onions, then cook on low until hot.
