Ingredients:
3 large zucchini peeled and sliced
2 eggs
2 cup flour
oil for frying
salt to taste
Directions:
Wash and slice squash. Slightly beat eggs.
Dip squash slices into egg. Then in flour mixture.
Coat all sides of squash with flour. Fry in 1 inch of oil until golden brown.
Remove; drain on absorbent paper towels. Sprinkle with salt. Serve with catsup.
