Twice Baked Potatoes



Description:
Let everyone build there own with the optional toppings.

Ingredients:
4 large baking potatoes - *baked
1/4 cup butter softened
1/4 cup milk (about)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup shredded cheese

(Optional Toppings)
broccoli - cooked
bacon - cooked, crumbled
sour cream or cream cheese
diced green onion

Directions:
Let the baked potatoes cool until you can handle them.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise and scoop potato out of the skins and into a bowl.
Be careful not to tear the skins.
Mash the potatoes, add butter, milk, salt and pepper beat until fluffy.
Fill the potato shells with the mashed potatoes and sprinkle top with cheese.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Serve with the optional toppings.
