Bread Pudding
Ingredients:
1/2 C. sugar
1/4 t. nutmeg
2 C. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
4 C. 1/2-inch slightly dry bread or cake cubes
1/4 C. raisins
Directions:
Completely combine sugar, nutmeg, milk and eggs. Put cubes in buttered
crockpot. Pour egg mixture over bread. Allow to stand until bread is soaked.
Mix in raisins. Cover and cook on high for 2 to 3 hours.
