Country Ribs


Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce, divided
1/2 cup apricot jam
1 Tbsp soy sauce
4 lbs. boneless country style pork spareribs

Directions:

Combine 3/4 cup of barbecue sauce, apricot jam and soy sauce.
Place ribs in crockpot. Pour sauce over ribs.
Cover; cook on low 8 to 9 hours. 15 minutes before serving stir
in remaining barbecue sauce. Cover; let cook an additional 15
minutes or until heated through.
