Potato Cheese Soup
Ingredients:
7-8 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup carrot, chopped
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 cups milk
1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Grated cheddar cheese
Bacon bits
Croutons
Directions:
Cook vegetables in boiling water until tender. Drain.
Blend together cream cheese and cream of chicken soup.
Add milk and butter. Mix well, pour over vegetables.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese, bacon bits and croutons when serving.
